I completed the 21 day Detox with Heidi and I feel amazing! I wasn't hungry at all and it allowed me to break free of the diet soda addiction I had been battling for a lifetime. Heidi makes the process so easy. It's all very well planned out and the recipes are easy, delicious and made me appreciation whole foods again. She checked in with me during the process as well as after to make sure I had a smooth transition off of the detox on Day 22. This is going to be an annual part of my wellness journey! I am so happy I went to Heidi for a longstanding ear/tooth ache.For several months I had a tooth ache (infection) and ear ache but 2 rounds of antibiotics failed - I needed an alternative to cure it. Heidi is amazing! I would recommend her to everyone! She helped me with healthy eating and exercise recommendations including probiotic foods like kombucha, yogurt, pickles and kraut!
